Hello Paul,
Unfortunately, as you reiterated, adrenal fatigue continues to go undiagnosed in the mainstream medical community. I hope one day it becomes well-embraced to the point where doctors regularly test their patients for salivary cortisol.
The link that you posted didn't come up with anything--could you post it again?
Since I put my patients on Dr. James Wilson's protocol for adrenal fatigue, their prognosis is generally good. I have seen the best results with his methodology of healing. Their energy comes back, better sleep, less headaches, less hypoglycemia, etc. Weak adrenals affect the body in so many different ways, that it is crucial for addressing it correctly for success. I am not a fan of million supplements either. I believe in holistic, yet,cost-effective strategies that address the patient's colon, adrenals, and metabolic type.
Healthyartist, thanks the warm welcome. Exchanging knowledge is the best way for one's health awareness to grow. Especially when it comes to holistic remedies :)
Klauss, thanks for the advice, I will be sure to contact the moderator.
