I KNEW I should print my answers out that I get on curezone, but I have 'paper issues', and I THOUGHT I could refind anything on curezone....and I can't. Someone (possibly/probably?) Telman, told me how children can liverflush, gave me all the info. and a link. Now, I searched Telman and pjangel, and child and nada.
I repent. Until my memory clears, I WILL start at least cutting and pasting my answers or printing them or something.
I know it sounds like whining, but after 11 years of clinical depression, with bright spots here and there....and raising 5 children (not done yet) anyway, CHAOS describes my life. My bedroom hasn't been cleaned for 3 years....so I'm cleansing my colon and frustrated as heck with my disorganization, but I can't do it all at once. It took years to get here.....no instantaneous healing of my "mess". it is okay (my mantra)
If someone would be so kind as to tell me who answered me and link me to it, I PROMISE to change my 'evil' ways and start saving all this valuable info. I keep thinking my mind is 'clearing' (it is, and I'm not depressed) but then I realize I am still super distracted and forgetful.
Thank you ALL for your patience and your assistance. Matt is doing is first REAL liver/gallbladder flush on Thurs/Fri as part of his Science experiment on improving vision, and his neighbor friend is doing it as well, if I get the directions to them. Matt weighs 80 pounds, is 11, eyessight went downhill FAST about two years ago, wants to improve his vision; wants to do a 'real' liverflush. I want it to be a positive experience.
I'll flush myself first, Wed/Thursday, so I remember to focus on ME, then him. I've been bassakwards for years....sigh.

If I get my husband to flush (he will if he sees improvement in OUR vision) it would be a prayed for miracle. I REALLY want to do it RIGHT.(Matt has been eating apples for two weeks, we didn't know if that counted for malic acid. And we have colosan. It's just the amounts I'm concerned about....and I don't know about if he will need a colonic afterwards....I was thinking perhaps I could get him his own enema bottle....I've never given him an enema, and he is a very modest young man....

BTW I can totally identify with where you're coming from. I have two kids ages 2 and 4 . Been dealing with clarity coming and going like that for 4 years now due to depression...it sucks! I used to be so smart and quick. My solution for keeping hold of messages that are helpful to me in curezone is to "add to favorites" from my browser window.

That has really helped restore my mental clarity, and broke off 12 years of Depression (add to that I also gave up dairy, Sugar (I use stevia, agave, organic honey, raw, in that order) and I gave it up completely for a while) white flour, white rice, and you wouldn't catch me with a soda pop in my hand. I also am learning that you have to 'fill the bucket', and take care of yourself. That's a toughie--I was a overly devoted mother--and I knew almost nothing about nutrition for a lot of those first years.
Please take care of yourself. The children need you to keep your mind....even though they don't realize that. Probably the one 'saying' I wish my husband had believed is this: "The best thing a man can do for his children is to take care of their mother". Perhaps I'll find out(hahaha) who said it, and post it on the wall.

(I'm nervous about my flush. I was preparing well, went to a cooking class at the health food store, and ate things I ought not to have (fish, rich buttery stuff--it made my stomach sick--I should have gotten up and walked and I didn't) So, I may pay for that tonight.

That was his "easy" not real flush. I chickened out after getting 'scolded' by Invincible....no, recently, within the last 3 weeks, someone told me the protocol for children.....and I didn't print it....yet I can't find it....it thought maybe whoever gave me the info might remember....it's my fault, I should have known that I couldn't trust my memory; but then again, I hate to "should" on myself. Smile.
It will work out. I've got till Thursday.

Hey, anyone know--do apples in a vitamix (they would have the fiber) work as well as apple juice? I don't have a juicer. I tried staining the vita mix--not a chance.

I think Andreas talked about it, but I can't find the info--I've got close to a migrane today--I think it is my left side detoxing.....heheheheh--did yoga yesterday and today for the first time in a while, and it isn't helping YET.

How old is your son? I forget. Any vision problems? I know there are some learning difficulites; I remembering emailing you about them.
When is YOUR next liverflush? I haven't been able to keep up with my reading on lf venue--I've starting catching up on my sleep, and actually am feeling WORSE. However, I 'remembered" that two years ago I had a cavity that I "forgot" to have taken care of (never found the right kind of dentist, so I didn't take care of it) and I'm wondering since a lot of the pain in my face is near the tooth, if that might be trying to get my attention.
If anyone knows an alternative dentist in Kentucky (Louisville, Frankfort, I could go as far as Lexington, but would rather not, and if there were on in one of the little towns near me, THAT would be cool, but I doubt it) please let me know. I don't know how to use the cz search yet. I'm a bit pressed for time--I hope to flush Wednesday/Thursday, and think I will regardless of my pain levels. I think I've waited too long, released too much, and my liver is reconjesting. Anyone have ANY ideas?

my son is 11 yrs old, weighs about 75 pounds. Yes, he has the learning disabilities and he does wear glasses for reading. Yes, thanks for emailing me, I have not kept up with my emails. Any info to help my son would be appreciated. But, it seems there are so many things going on.
My next flush? I don't know. My eating has been terrible. I wanted to get some helpers with my liver and gallbladder but haven't had the $ to get them; I should be able to this week or next. And my gallbladder function test in on Feb 3rd, I'm thinking maybe wait until after that.....but I don't know.
