I started with the Clark protocol for 30 days or so.
Black-Walnut ,
Wormwood and cloves. Then did the extra strength Humaworm. Then used barefoots. Did the coq10 and ozonated olive oil. All of these things work but I always took much higher doses than most people here. Some are just not cost effective. We only spend around $30 per month now on herbs. We used to spend around $300-$400 per month. Herbs work systemically. No doubt about it. But it takes time.
I zapped for a few weeks. Never liked zapping. It just didn't feel right for me. Never could understand how this would kill something in my liver.
My philosophy is let food be your medicine and let your medicine be your food. If it is not a food that will nourish the body then I usually decline. Not to say that I am right. But I am getting well. One day I will post a before and after photo of myself. I was told by a woman last week that I looked radiant. Wow! I am 48.
Last winter I was in Costa rica for 3 months and fasted on pineapple and papaya. I have eaten lots of pumpkin seeds and carrot only meals. This worked somewhat I suppose.
I have been at this for 19 months. I feel I am getting to the end. The trick is to find the right maintenance program to avoid getting reinfested.
I will not use meds. Some consider Zymex ll a med. They are digestive enzymes. This is the closest I will get to a med. I have an alternative md who has been at me to do meds for
parasites for the last 12 months. I told him I would if I thought one or 2 rounds would do the trick. People do not realize what these drugs do to the liver and other organs.
After Xmas I will be making my own caps with
Black-Walnut ,
Wormwood , cloves, elecampane and pau darco. I will continue taking 1 tsp of olive leaf powder to this.
Last summer we made our own
Black-Walnut tincture. It is the MOST potent stuff around. Wish we had made more. I am saving the last 2
quarts for the spring and summer.
