I suggest that you get a mineral hair analysis from Analytical Research Laboratory. Here is their website: http://www.arltma.com/HairAnalysis.htm
I would keep a food journal and see if what you eat changes what your stomach is doing. Try things like eating only cooked veggies for a week and see if that helps. Raw veggies can create gas for some people. You could also try eliminating dairy. I would just work your way around the spectrum of variations in diet. Do you eat processed grains? All grains that are not properly prepared, ie. soaked or fermented contain phytates that inhibit the absorption of minerals. Everything that you describe sounds like malnourishment to me, including adrenal fatigue. I suggest that you check out the cookbook by Sally Fallon, "Nourishing Traditions" for help with learning how to properly prepare grains. Or you could just google search for descriptions of how to go about it. Or it might just be easier to replace grains with potatoes or sweet potatoes for a week and see if that decreases your bloating.
Something is making you bloated. If you have taken Antibiotics
you could have an issue with not having enough friendly bacteria in your gut. Try taking a probiotic that is enteric coated so that it makes it to your small intestine.
If you are not absorbing nutrients in your gut, a variety of symptoms including everything suggested here: adrenal fatigue, hypothyroidism, low testosterone, low serotonin can occur. You have symptoms of all of these.
Also, the mineral hair analysis above will tell you what your oxidation rate is, ie. how your metabolism works and what foods will be most nourishing for your particular body. It will also tell you which minerals you are deficient in and if you have any heavy metal toxicity.
The report comes with a 15-25 page description of the intricacies of your specific situation. It really is quite astounding what they will tell you. I've spoken to people who have had other hair analysises done and they weren't nearly as comprehensive.
If you decide to go that route, you will need to call them and have them email you a list of practitioners in your area as someone will have to order the lab for you.
