Am continuing experimenting with no breakfast. I have noticed I feel less toxic, enjoy lunch more, and feel better (esp. at midday) than I used to.
Not sure this trend will continue - will see. Also - my lunch is a hearty one - lots of fruit then a salad, a fruit snack in the afternoon, then normally a sinful cooked veg meal (salad with mashed taters with veg gravy is a good one).... for dinner.
Does the body learn to do more with less ?
