Hi everyone
I decided once and for all to do a lonnnng term fast and so far I'm doing well! The past few days have been a bit stressful with handling family visits and getting xmas shopping started.
My sis-in-law tried to feed me a grilled cheese sandwich last night but I fed it to my hubby when she wasn't looking. :P
My intake is limited to water, seltzer, and sodium free 0 calorie club soda. Right now I'm pretty sure I'm in or at least close to ketosis. Yay! =)
