I've done 2 flushes so far and was never nauseous---and I didn't do any prior cleansing of any type. My ND last year recommended that I Liver Flush and never mentioned any other type of cleansing. I believe there are many people on here that haven't done any other type of cleansing first before the liver flush. The important thing is to use the ES during the cleanse to get the toxins out fast so they don't linger in the colon.

The only symptom I had--(and this was at my 1st flush) was that I was dehydrated and felt very weak and off balance. My second flush I drank more and sooner right after the 4th dose of ES in the morning.

Yep, you should pass stones with this method! It's just a slower version of the overnight flush.
