2 parts of quark cheese or cottage cheese to 1 part raw flax oil. blend well with hand blender or mixer so all the oil is contained in the cheese. yogurt can also be used instead of cheese but you will need a bit more of it than the cheese since it contains less of the sulfur-bearing amino acids. flax oil is fairly unstable in the body and will break down too fast without combining it with the sulfur proteins in the cheese.
