well, having coined "eating water", don't say "dreaded", and spoil your own nest!!!!
nice phrase - and I find that eating water can be wonderful.
Satisfying. Also, it draws toxins into the digestive tract, and out of the cells. The body knows what do do with all this...
Boiled water especially, can be so satisfying, since you sip it, and it seems like *more than itself*
I was introduced to it about a decade ago -- could never have imagined it, and now prefer it -plain water- to anything else.
Currenly, I am eating water from dinner to dinner--which is I guess like the 19/24 idea. I eat about 8 or so. You eat only within a window of five hours. The more you do this, the better you feel, ( and less you eat) although it's a bit growly at first through the day...
When your stomach feels gripey on the water fast, in the first day(s) and you get that tight, or empty like a stone dropping-in-a-well feeling--remember, it's just a change in the (digestive) scene, and what makes it pass most easily, for me, -maybe for you- is the boiled hot water, sipped.
