What do you think could help the best for teenage mood swings...mrs barefoot or hormone balance?..
BOTH, WITH SOME TYPE OF PLANT FATS DAILY.
I have both but getting her to take any capsule consistently is a trick.
THE PERSON WITH THE PROBLEM NEEDS TO WANT THEM SELVES.
Plus she is typical SAD diet and will not eat right. I realize herbs are 1/6th the battle but I gotta try something.
EDUCATION IS YOUR ONLY HOPE, OTHERWISE YOU CAN'T MAKE SOMEONE THAT IS REISTANT TO CHANGE DO WHAT YOU WANT THEM TO DO, UNLESS THEY ARE VERY YOUNG AND TOTALLY IN YOUR CONTROL. ONCE YOU LET THEM GROW UP NOT UNDERSTANDING, THEN THEY ARE OUT OF YOUR CONTROL.
Also, I have made my own calcium preparation from Dr. Christophers book and was curious about the so called 2-1 ratio of calcium to magnesium that is suggested for supplementation. Would this preparation have any form of magnesium and if not is there an herbal form available or is it even necessary?
NO CLUE WHAT YOU HAVE MADE WITH OUT YOU MENTIONING WHAT YOU HAVE MADE IN DETAIL AND YOUR NOT GOING TO FIND AN HERBAL POWDER HIGH IN MAGNESIUM THAT I AM AWARE OF.
Also, I live in Michigan and have begun my vitamin d3 supplematation with a liquid form containing safflower,olive and coconut oils as the base.
AGAIN, NO CLUE WHAT YOUR TAKING OTHER THAN THE BASE OILS YOU HAVE MENTIONED...ALWAYS ASK YOUR MANUFACTURER HOW THEY MAKE WHAT YOUR CONSUMING, BECAUSE I HAVE NO CLUE OR WANT TO KNOW.
Do you see anything wrong with this type, if so what would you recommend for our long sunless winters?

ONLY REAL SOLUTION IS TO MOVE SOUTH...HUMANS THAT DO, ARE KNOWN TO LIVE 10 YEARS LONGER....DRUGS/VITAMINS WILL ONLY DO HARM...
TRYING ALTERNITIVE LIGHT SOURCES MAY BE OF VALUE, IF THEY DON'T EXPELL RADIATION/CHEMICALS INTO YOUR AIR OR HARM YOUR SKIN, ETC...NOTHING REPLACES REAL SUN.
