Oleander actually is effective against numeroous conditions, which are: Cancer, asthma, blood cleansing, chronic fatigue syndrome, type II diabetes, fever, heartburn, hypertension, rheumatism, viral hepatitis, arthritis, backache, depression, edema, gastric ailments, hot flashes, influenza, peptic ulcer, rheumatoid arthritis, tuberculosis and HiV/Aids. For HIV/Aids, the supplement containing sutherlandia frutescens is recommended.
For some of your specific concerns, such as Lyme's EBV, Candida, and parasites, I would suggest that you take colloidal silver. However, with your serious and chronic conditions, I would suggest that you use not just any type of colloidal silver, but the best you can get, such as the Advanced Colloidal Silver made by Utopia Silver. I will say that I, too, suffered from fibromyalgia which is related to chronic fatigue syndrome, and I believe has something to do with the Epstein-Barr Virus. I had this virus in the 1980's and I know that it never really leaves your system. In my own case, I attribute my healing to colloidal silver, oleander, and the proper diet. I, too, used to be in a lot of pain. It took everything I had to go up two steps to my front door. This was back in 2006. Today, I can sit on the floor cross-legged and jump back up.
Also, for the parasites, I would take diatomaceous earth.

Okay......... 20 ppm is the best particle size in colloidal silver. And for the mechanics of this, I will refer the explanation to Tony (dquixote).
I used and still do, the Advanced Colloidal Silver from Utopia Silver. But for your conditions, you have to start with a lot. At least two ounces a day. Then, as you get better reduce the amount to one tablespoon a day. Keep in mind, you can drink as much colloidal silver as needed. With true high quality colloidal silver you cannot overdose and there are no side effects. No danger of turning blue. Heavens, if that was the case I would be a smurf by now.
Now......... With me, at the time I was a junk food junkie. Gosh, I look back and I can just not believe it. But these foods were actually feeding my conditions. Now, I didn't have parasites, but let's just say I was unhealthy and a mess. So I cold turkey switched my diet to mostly raw. By the way, if you eat salad, store bought dressings are also very unyhealthy. Olive oil and and a little bit of raw apple cider vinegar are great on salads. What I did was switch to 80% raw and 20% cooked consisting of chicken, turkey, and fresh water fish. But make sure that your fish comes from nowhere near the Gulf of Mexico.
Realistically speaking, I followed this regimen religiously. I did not waver once. In six months' time it dawned on me that I was feeling quite a bit better. Keep in mind I had pain, I was lethargic, I had depression, insomnia, all these. And in six months time I realized that I was not caving in in the middle of the day anymore and that the pain was much less. In a year's time I was fine. I had energy that I had not experienced in a couple of decades. To this day I am fine.

Listen to your body. You will know. When you start feeling measurably better then go down. Maybe not drop down to one tablespoon "cold turkey" but drop down gradually. Exactly what other supplements are you taking besides the olive leaf extract?
Also, when you say "stray a little," exactly what types of foods are you thinking of? I know that the holidays are coming and it may be difficult to adhere to a strict diet. Unfortunately, yes eating unhealthy foods will set you back. Above all, you should stay away from processed foods, fast foods, junk foods, sugar and sweets, sweeteners, and definitely sodas, whether regular or diet. These foods are all poison to us. Oh..... I forgot........ Taking plant derived trace minerals will also help you immensely. But make sure they are plant derived. If you can't find them, Utopia Silver has such a product that we take called TRC Minerals that will also help. And I don't know if you get food cravings, but I certainly did. You will notice that supplying your body with essential minerals will eliminate the food cravings in a short period of time.

I thought I would add my two cents here.
First of all, when a person has spent as much time, effort and money without getting anywhere near the results they seek, sometimes the best idea may be to go back to the basics and work your way through your problems gradually - in essence, try to reset your body as much as possible. To me, that means beginning with a good water fast (and there is a very good forum here for that), do a thorough overall cleansing and then start in with the most basic of diets. My good friend Dr. Ken, the naturopath and MD, has recommended starting off with little more than raw organic goat milk, a tablespoon of molasses and a raw organic egg drink. To that you can gradually add food items to see how they are tolerated and the same with supplements.
One cautionary item about supplements. Supplements should be used, in my opinion, the address specific issues and help the body correct problems with the goal of eventually using or needing very few if any supplements when you ultimately have reversed the problems you are addressing and transitioned to a healthy nutrient dense diet and healthy lifestyle. You don't want your body to become dependent upon supplements to do the functions it was designed to do. In that regard, it is usually a good idea to occasionally take a break from each supplement you do use. Dr. Christopher used the rule of sixes I believe: don't take a particular supplement every 6 days, take a one week break every six weeks and take a one month break every six months. And eventually, where possible, wean yourself from the supplement altogether.
In regards to oleander, it may provide help for EBV, Lyme and Adrenal Fatigue due to its immune boosting and immune modulating properties. One thing which may be very important is that oleander is a wonderful cancer preventative and EBV often leads to cancer. As Luella suggested, colloidal silver could be a key in regards to EBV and Lyme as well as candida.

Three final notes here.
First, are you getting plenty of magnesium? It is estimated that anywhere from 70% to 95% of us are deficient in this vital master mineral.
