all this talk about fat has gotten me to thinking - what kind of fat produces what kind of flush?
i am not talking about the oil in the grapefruit juice, of course, but the kind of fat a person normally ingests in their diet. there are so many of what i call weird fats out there - some are hydrogenated, some are from genetically modified sources, and then there are just all the different plants that oils are derived from.
i was wondering about some personal testimonies to this. i personally have avoided soy because most of it is GM. i have avoided canola because of all i have read about that. i have gone through periods of only plant oils but i have not completely shunned animal fats, including eggs and dairy. and i eat a lot of nuts. i treat hydrogenation like the plague.
the result has been that my flushes are productive but sluggish, with as much or more of "mud" as of chaff, greens, and other floaters. in fact, the green stones are never very big and not too numerous.
anybody else? especially, those who have been flushing a while and noted changes in types of dietary fat.
this forum ROCKS!
