What kind of flour? brand? please edit your post to include that info:) purty please?

We don't use store bread either, my husband likes to bake. I need to involve myself in this though because he's been experimenting with extra gluten!

I'm not sure if this is common with married couples or not, but I mention a word, say...GLUTEN, and he remembers that word, but not the context.

So, I'm droning on about how gluten impairs the ability of the intestinal villi ability to absorb nutrients or perhaps mentioning the fact that gluten sensitivity is connected to autoimmune disorders . all he hears is GLUTEN. So he comes home with pure, unadulterated gluten.

Is this a sign that the marriage is headed south?

what grain, Andy? or mix of grains? :)
