SqueakyClean
My cousin just did her 2nd
Liver Flush this weekend. She is on the Julia Chang system. (The 1st was a month ago.) She DID pass a ton of stones, though, and very large ones. She has had terrible pain in the right side, high up near the rib cage. Not sure if it is the liver/gallbladder OR now we possibly think it is the kidney. (One aunt has had tons of
kidney stones and thought it sounded like it may be that). She did another round of the flush the next day but it didn't help. She had an ultrasound and they couldn't find a gallbladder stone. She talked to Julia on the phone and she had never encountered a problem like this. It is a pain that won't ease up. This is about 2 full days now. I was talking to her this evening (didn't know she was doing this) and now they found (on the internet) the "bad" info about
Liver Flushes such as people rushing to the ER, etc. Now she doesn't know what to think.
Two things:
1. This flush didn't involve
Epsom Salts , just salt water flush (to my understanding).
2. She didn't know she should do the
kidney cleanse before the liver/gallbladder.
Also, she has been eating vegetarian, and now vegan, for a while, and says she doesn't eat very much fat. Between the initial flush and the follow-up the next day she had 2 cups of olive oil. Is this too much oil for a person who hasn't eaten much fat for a while? A slim female?
What do you think? Any ideas on relief? Any clue as to whether it may possibly be the kidneys that hurt, instead of the gallbladder? Any experiences here? Comments welcome.
