Toxins from the intestines can give you lower back pain, particularly in the AM hours. Try stretching and gentle massage on the area to increase your circulation. These simple things can take your pain away.
If you are still strong enough to take a hot shower, try it on your back for a few extra minutes (be careful with this, hot water is not indicated if you are weak). You may try only a few minutes with warm water, or carry a hot bottle with you for comfort. I use a hot water bag that I place between the chair and my waist when I need to spend a few hours working at my computer.
This lower back pain is very common. It will pass :)
