Sorry that I late replying but I’ve been Christmas shopping in London today
I think that are probably doing enough already and people here seem to have good things to say about CCG.
I was trying to say something a bit different. The body produces about 1.5 litres of bile a day and much of this, about 80% is recycle bile.
The gall bladder has a storage capacity of about 35 to 50 mL of concentrated bile (equivalent to about 500ml of undiluted bile). When the gall bladder fills with bile, it expands to the size and shape of a small pear. Bile is continuously produced by the liver and drains to the duodenum by way of the hepatic and common bile ducts. When the duodenum is empty of food, the bile is forced back up the cystic duct to the gall bladder for storage. After a meal, various stimuli cause contraction of the gall bladder and bile is released back into the common bile duct.
If the gall bladder is weak this process is interrupted and may result in discomfort and failure of the gall bladder to play its full role, hence the liver, over time can increases its capacity to compensate for the gall bladder. When you flush with a weak gall bladder you need to make sure that all the bile from the liver is used up forcing the body to use the gall bladder. The gall bladder's muscles will be contracted repeatedly forcing out the bile/stones and strengthening the muscles of the gall bladder.
To make sure that you use up all the available bile in the liver it you may need a greater amount of the OO/GJ potion. Some cleansing recipes stimulate bile excretion by eating thick cream 2 hrs before the OO/GJ.
Using up the bile in this way is not the same a increasing bile flow as suggested in your post.
Hope this helps a little.
