Seriously though, I don't know what it is. Maybe it's being copper and maybe lead toxic as I haven't had any yogurt in several weeks. The other thing I was thinking is that I've been drinking Super Zappicated water for a long time. I really like it and feel better when I drink it. Seems to keep my teeth very clean as well.

I made some pine needle tea yesterday but I made it after leaving the pine needles in a zip lock bag for a couple of weeks. I dont know if the tea is Ok to driink
