Thanx for your post. After reading it and others like this one,

I think I'm going to give it a try. There's def. something going on w/ me regarding sulfur. Dark red kidney beans used to be a staple of my diet, but then I did a 5-week, sort of mini-McCombs plan and now I have an aversion to them. I take 5 candida force/undecenoic a day and lots of antifungals so I know i'm producing acetaldathingy, though I'm sure much less than the 1st 2 weeks of the plan/die-off.
Speaking of changing tastes for food, anyone else notice a shift in what you liked, craved, had an affinity for, after seriously attacking the candida? I notice there are lots of foods I used to eat that I have no interest in now, and not from a brain/conscience p.o.v. but on a visceral, craving level. Looking back I think I was eating some of them to help bowel movements, due to the intestinal flora being wiped out. Greasy, salty corn chips were one, and I used to eat at least 6 kinds of nuts and seeds, now I'm down to occasional pumpkin seeds and almonds...
