Hey everyone. I'm trying to get back into better shape. But, I can't afford a gym membership at the moment, so I'm trying to do some of these workouts from the house. I've been trying to build up my biceps, triceps and forearms. The biceps and triceps exercises are easy, most people probably know how to do those exercises. However, what about forearm exercises? This article gives five forearm exercises you can do from home, but they don't list Deadlifts, which is what I would normally do, if i had a gym membership. Any recommendations, other than this list?
