I have ended my fast today, having had a steamed apple in the morning and some steamed potato for dinner. The taste of the apple was very strong, almost too strong, so I ate it over about an hour and a half in little bits. The potato was alright.
I am going to slowly build up my food intake over the next couple of weeks and hopefully by the time I will be back on normal portions I will be at my goal weight.
Here are my stats:
starting weight: 196.8 lb
10 days preparation for the fast: -14.6 lb
20 days
Water Fast (and peppermint tea): -17.6 lb
30 days juice fast: - 14.6 lb
overall weight loss in my 60 days fasting project: -46.8 lb
current weight: 150 lb
weight goal: 140-145 lb
