I guess my question to you would be this:
CAn you walk for at least 15 minutes without feeling like you're going to lose your breath, pass out, or get dizzy?
How's your breathing at a resting state?
Can you watch T.V. or surf the net for at least an hour without feeling symptoms?
If you answered the first two questions with a yes i wouldn't take cortef. Cortisol should be left for the most severe cases, just my opinion. I currently take 2.5 mg of natural cortisol, but i can't take more than that, it makes my left eyebrow twitch and it's disturbing.
I wouldn't mess with it unless the first question is a yes. if you can walk, go out, drive a car, pick things up, read a book for at least 10 minutes, then you're cool, leave that cortef alone, cortef should be left for the most severe cases. Regardless of the saliva test, i will do one here soon as well, but i am doing it because i am curious as to what in the world is going on, but even a saliva test is a snapshot of one particular day.
