Do you prepare you meat or you just eat it raw? Like seasoning it, etc. I want to eat my beef raw too, but I am not sure what is the best way to do it. Do you cut the meat certain way, etc. Yes, I saw you eat the meat but still for a newbie, it's not too easy to go but I still would like to try because the enzyme from raw meat is obviously better than the cooked stuffs and will digest much faster than the cooked meat. But I don't have access to the butcher shop where you can just get the beef really fresh so eating raw beef is still a challenge for me. My guess is your raw beef organic. What part of the beef do you recommend eating raw first for someone new.
