Any reason to take them with something else? Maybe some olive oilto help it go down easier?
It can be sprinkled on food or blended in to smoothies. It will help with oil emulsification aiding in the absorption of the oils.
PS. Is there such a thing as "organic" (non GMO'd) lecithin, and how big of a concrn is that?
Yes, there is organic non-GMO lecithin. Personally I am more worried about a lot of other things in our food supply than the GMO component. And even that should be linked more to the soy protein not the lecithin.
