basically, it's 2 teaspoons of good salt (might use himalayan thses days--def. NO iodized junk salt.) to a
quart of boiled, hot water. I use one of those large canning jars, and then you sip it over the course of about 15 minutes. I happen to really like it--it's like a nice broth. Then, in about an hour
you will have several evacuations. These are not painful or in any way uncomfortable--although you probably want to be near a bathroom. Do this in the morning, on an empty stomach. When the mix starts to leave the body, start to sip plain boiled water, as much as you want. It's all pretty easy, but is a nice way to clear the whole tract.
