In another study, researchers evaluated 79 pairs of identical twins where only one twin in each pair had MS, despite having the same genetic susceptibility.

This is a reply to # 1,702,064i don't know what this "vit D" you're writing of, is, as that's a vague term. The article was about sunshine and secosteroid conversion is but one of sunshine's many effects on the humans' organism.

The "immune system" needs to be modulated, that's what the superoxide dismutases are al about.... without them H2O2 production chews everything up, starting with the tissues adjacent to the synovial fluid in the joints. This is a reply to # 1,702,080modulated by the body's natural process... not by a pill concocted in a lab. If you think that a pill to suppress the immune system is the right way to go, here our views must part.

Us ? I don't need nobody caring about me, so leave me out of it. I'm fine on my own, but thanks for your concern. The posting was about sunshine and I like sunshine and don't wanna burn time with ya'all on this nonsense about "supplementin" that ya done gone and introduced into my thread.
I think you should lead the charge in setting people straight. Good luck on that !! I hope you are eternally rewarded for your efforts.

I guess. I just have a hard time understanding what is so sacred about vit d supplements that questioning is forbidden. seriously, its a pill... not the sun. its not even the same as animal tissue (stored sun). just a pill. why so protective of this particular pill? is it the unending stream of propaganda put out on "vit" d? it all started with the rockerfellers, doesn't that say it all? I really don't get it. the evidence is hidden in plain sight, if you just look for it.
