I am very excited reading over some of your posts. I use fat and protein liberally, and unfortunately between that and my hypothyroidism, and adrenal fatigue my weight is not where I want it to be. I'm not too worried about that though, because I know once my adrenal glands are in place and up and running that the hypothyroidism will fix itself and the weight will start coming off:)
Anyhow, I just wanted to say thank you for all of your insight on to what is helping you, it gives me hope:)
Also wanted to ask how long did you have adrenal fatigue and how long were you in the end stage?
What is the name of the book you recommend about the fat usage? I saw it somewhere on here that you read something about fat helping us to recover faster?
I would love to purchase the book:)
