Hello Dr Bailey

My 2yr old daughter is on day 4 of her cleanse and has been suffering from a cold for about 10 days now, her sinuses are giving her trouble because when she is asleep (nap in day or night time) regardless of being propped up with pillows or not, she makes a very loud snoring noise and foam develops around her lips where she is struggling to breath. I was thinking of putting some vicks on her pillow to help open her airways a bit, but I am wondering if RG's cream is safe to put in her nose to help her? I know it has helped so many with their sinuses but I am not sure about doing this for a 2 yr old before I consult with you first. Perhaps it can be diluted? Thanks in advance.
