Can i consume the yeast-fermented foods with my "normal" diet?

The old Indian method was to wake up, stay in bed and take large breath and raise your legs up while holding the breath which pushes the organs upward reversing the effects of gravity, etc....I still have not come accross the book, the author was 110 years old and the oldest author I have came accross, it is the only book I have that the author used only breathing and not diet hange to save his life.
THERE ARE DOZENS OF YOGA AND BREATHING BOOKS FREE ON THE INTERNET AND SURELY YOUR MOM CAN'T CONTROL HOW YOU BREATH, SO THAT WOULD BE YOUR PERFECT SOLUTION.

I am trying to think what to do along with the "normal" diet... without fasts by now.
I am trying to do some types of things thinking in your one cure, cures all (clean blood), and the breath technique is the only cure that do not need to change the diet.
(REmember: i am thin)Based in my theory, if i be very active and if i eat fat foods (not the margarine aka silicone or the soy oil aka motor oil) i will put on weight. MY theory is based in some types of things that you said:

"FATTY" foods?
I want to make my own way to be very healthy, my own method but i want your help because i believe that you are a wise man.
Why the Too Thin's book author used grains? Only because of the lactic acid? I do not know nothing about lactic acid...
Do you know other way to "store" some mass that are not the raw grains? If i be very active and consume vegtables with some fat (maybe clarified butter as some yoga experts have reccomended for those that still eat) i can be strong as the author was? I have a chance while eating "normal" food?
