Hi--wondering if you all can give me some insight and make suggestions. i did a Liver Flush last night (thursday) with 2 cups of olive oil and 1 1/2 cups of grapefruit juice. i did not do the recommended parasite cleanse or Colon Cleanse immediately before though. two weeks ago, i had a series of about 6 colonics and then this week i took Colosan which cleaned me out. during my colonics, we saw parasites coming out which was a good thing!

today, i've used the bathroom twice and i've only seen three green stones. i did a flush last year and had lots more stuff come out. just wondering if i should take more oil and grapefruit juice later today?

i also fasted all yesterday and only ate raw foods this week. i just thought the outcome would be a little bit better. it's only 12 in the afternoon where i am, but i don't feel like anything is moving.

should i take more oil or do it again in about two weeks?
