You'll want to exclude the cayenne and garlic, as it is included in the Humaworm formula. Look and see if anything else you include is in there. I just use regular veggies, no spices or herbs. You're going for nutrition, not cleansing. The Humaworm is doing the cleansing.
I believe from reading your posts that you may have been overcleansing, and your body has developed a resistance to some of the things that would help it. This is explained on the Humaworm site, and is why there is a specific protocol that you should follow.
I've seen people who overcleansed before, and they got sicker every time, because their body could not longer fight the things attacking them. They had created "superbugs". It's just like taking too many antibiotics.
The ingredients in the EAS Soy protein are soy protein isolate, fructose, natural and articial flavors, soy lecithin. it says "Contains milk and soy ingredients". I have a very sensitive colon which does not like protein, and this works really well for me with no side effects.
I'd do the veggie juice with no peppers at all, especially hot peppers. You don't need them with the Humaworm. I use beets, celery, carrots, tomatoes, zucchini, sweet potatoes, and sometimes sweet bell peppers (without the seeds). I buy my fruit juice, mostly citrus, pineapple, and cranberry.
I really think you need to stop taking everything anyone gives you, or that you find interesting, and follow the protocol Dr. Bailey set out for you. I won't answer any more of your posts, because I'm seriously getting tired of saying the same thing over and over and feeling like you aren't paying attention.
