"Can't you picture it: eating healthy adrenal restoring meals that the staff prepares for us, getting relaxing massages, spending our days getting sunshine and playing cards, chess, checkers or croquet. Enjoying visits from family but knowing that visiting hours would be set appropriately so we wouldn't get overstimulated or over stressed."
There is such a place at the Clymer Healing Center, if you are lucky enough to go. They have a simple, modest, very clean and very green guest house adjacent to the Center. When I first crashed I went there for a week's stay. It was only $50 a night, plus my doctor's fee and therapists fee. The energy machines were included in the price, no extra change. I had 2 massages while I was there, this was $60 extra per massage. No phone, no EMF's, I choose no visitors, and they have a kitchen to prepare your own food, which I did.
I brought a couple books with me, but they have a library of health-related information.
With massages and doctor's fees, and a few supplements, the whole week cost me about $1200. It's a chunk of change, but well worth it. Intensive therapy to give me a jump start on my healing journey. Rest rest rest, quiet, and simplicity, in the middle of nowhere in rural Pennsylvania. Loved it. I left there feeling like a new person....not healed by any stretch...but renewed, hopeful and on track.

Not very splashy marketing and not very good, but it gives the basic information. When I was staying there, a woman from Sweden shared the house with me. Plenty of privacy and the only time I saw her, but if I chose to use the library/TV area. People come from all over the world. There is somewhat of a waiting list.
