Yes, it helped to some degree. So did L-glutamine...but be careful because when I went too high I had a pretty bad blood

The only thing that stopped the blood
Sugar swings is cutting out most carbs and increasing my good fats significantly. My diet is very high in fat percentage-wise. I don't need supplements now for
Sugar regulation. I took a physical hit for a week or two for the diet change, but there was a lot of freedom after that. My adrenals weren't bottomed out when I did it- I had had some recovery so I came back after the couple of weeks.
This isn't for everyone. If I go w/ the textbooks, I should not be doing this at all or for long if I do. If I go by my body, clearly my adrenals are far less stressed.
