You see, now you are aware that you DO feel anxious about the day ahead. You probably got so used to feeling unwell that that you got used to the feeling of anxiety that goes with it.
In some ways I see it as a good thing that we have physical manifestation of our mental problems, as they can sometimes give us clues. The stomach is where fear and anger manifests most. We worry, it knots up. I am sure when you get rid of this candida nonsense, it will return to normal.
Now that FL77 says that the pantothenic acid helped her/him, I am pretty sure it would be a good thing to try.
I read that it is most effective to take a combination of Pantethine and Pantothenic Acid in equal quantities, they are different substances but seem to work better together than just taking either on it's own.
Tomorrow I begin a new combination of supplements intended to deal with candida 'biofilm'. It's worth looking into biofilms, they seems to be a major issue with longterm candida sufferers.
