yeast
according to 3 sources i have read, we can do miracles for our health, but no real book or info explains the methods and why yeast does what it does.
this made me experiment
the info i could find was back in the days of fresh yeast cakes, while today we can only find powders of many kinds and often "additives"....
what i wrote in the longevity spices fruit smoothy file is the best i have ever written on the subject and it does not explain why, it only shows what i figured to be the best method i knew of at that time.....
salt?
we all have too much salt, that is why we die so young...
salt on my skin i would not mind, but taking it internally while fasting or with yeast would be a very bad idea...i have tried a little salt durring fasting and it about made be think i could die of a stroke, because i felt the salt enter the blood stream and fly into the brain and that was only from a pinch of salt....
salt on the skin most likely is not going to enter the body in a toxic manner.
more two questions:
*is the centrifuged honey a good supplement or it will do harm?
clear honey outside a honey comb, usually has been thrown out by spinning action. raw honey is a good food for most, but really an insect food.
*and in the eggshell calcium formula that the dr. john christpher invented, can i use lemon juice instead of the apple cider vinegar or are they completely different?
egg shell calcium formula is "used"....
plant calcium is superior
raw vinegar works fast, no clue if lemon juice will and keep in mind, the bacteria that dead chicken egg carries? it can't be killed, ask any scientist that has tried to kill anthrax, hiv, mad cow, etc.......
