Hi I just completed a 7 day water cleanse with 2 coffee enemas. I noticed that I still have parasites and candida. I've decided that I would drink garlic water daily along with eating salads topped with garlic, onions, and cilantro. Last night I drank my first cup of garlic water and after a few minutes the yeast/bv symptoms that I have disappeared and later my whole body began to itch, is this a die-off reaction? Also I havent had a bowel movement in a few days so how are the dead candida or parasites eliminated?
