I have one question about the fast: in the first three days, we will drink the water with the epsom salt in the morning and so, do we really need other bowel movement in the evening?
NORMALLY
ALL BOWEL MOVEMENTS WILL BE IN THE MORNING HOURS. AS LONG AS YOUR HAVING 1 EVERY DAY, I DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT.
And now i want inormation about the fats:

Im thinking if this can be done... The "no crash" is about a process we should do with the food before eat it, right?
THE ORIGINAL NO CRASH AUTHOR WENT TO PRISON, BECAUSE SHE REFUSED TO STOP TELLING PEOPLE ABOUT HER NO CRASH METHOD, WHICH USED A FERMINTED FRUIT SMOOTHIE.
If this is right i know the what process is, and i want to ask you if i cand mix the "no crash" method with the BAD chicken eggs... Will the body absorbs the fats to do good use?
I PERSONALLY WOULD NOT TRUST FERMINTING DEAD ANIMALS, THE EGG IS NOT AN OPTION IN MY VEIW, MOST WOULD JUST SUGGEST YOU EAT THE EGG RAW AND MANY WOULD SAY DROP THAT EGG IN A LARGE GLASS OF BEER.
Im asking this because i know the importance of the plant fats to restore the nerves and a lot of more things. And like the TOO THIN book author, I like to find "replacers" for food that aren't always disponible.

And more 2 questions about thin persons: how many hours the thin person should sleep?
MOST WILL SUGGEST 8 PER DAY OR MORE WHILE HEALING....A HEALTHY PERSON CAN GET BY WITH LESS SLEEP, THE FASTING EXPERTS CAN GO DAYS WITH OUT MUCH SLEEP.
And i will do the sitz bath and so, can i exercise until i sweat and after apply the cool water?
SURE, BUT EXERCISE CAN ALSO TIGHTEN THE MUSCLES, WHERE NOTHING WORKS AS GOOD AS A 1 HOUR NICE LONG WARM BATH....BUT ALL OPTIONS ARE OPEN TO SELF-EXPERIMENTATION.
