Hi
If you fel it would help to have a step by step guide, then look at Gillian McKeith's outline on the internet. She gives you a six stage method of curing candida, advising on foods to eat and when to take the probiotics, and anti-fungals etc.
If you can do it on your own then it depends on how bad your candida is - if really bad then you need to avoid even fruit for a couple of months due to the
Sugar content.
As a treat I make a chicken stir-fry with loads of fresh garlic cloves, green peppers, spring onion, coconut milk, lime juice and some spices such as cayenne pepper, paprika, cumin - you just add what you want. The coconut milk kills candida, the garlic kills candida, the cayenne pepper helps kill candida. So I feel that I get a treat while killing off the enemy.
There are plenty of coconut recipes on the internet - check it out so that the diet is not as tasteless as chicken and green beans every day.
Good luck.
