In particular about Iodine maybe you can. The main reason I collect them is that different PDFs or PowerPoint presentations are clear and comprehensible. They contain the FAQs about Iodine, its benefits, etc... I was rereading them often and sending to some of my friend who is interested. People are lazy and hate to read long and boring study articles. They all want "a pill for every ill" and to take the line of least resistance. Information about Iodine presented in form of PowerPoints is good idea in my opinion.
If talk to them with simple(cliches) and popular phrases like "Japaneses eat more than 10 mg Iodine every day that's why they are healthiest nation in the world" you intrigue their curiosity and immediately they agree with you. But if you cite some facts from a study or talk about hormones, enzymes and such things they stop listen to you. I hope you get my point. That's why I love simple PDFs and PowPoint for pumpkin heads.

I don't judge them. Everyone deserve to know about Iodine and to be healthy.

I have a jumper adapter from hard drive to usb along with a power supply for the drive. I use this with an old 40 gig to back up and move data around. They also sell portable usb hard drives that are actually made for that purpose.
