So how is your gut today? I'm still getting lots of rumbles and still some chaff. I think we liver flushed about the same time(Thursday nite, Friday) I'm wondering if it would be okay to take some physillium husk and restart bowel cleansing, or if I should take a break. My lower belly is still kind of tender when I push on it, and I'd guess the tenderness in my back is kidneys.
