I just decided to do a Liver Flush tonight. It will only be my second one. Last time a friend did it with me, so we couldn't flake out. But my day is pretty quiet tomorrow, and I just felt like I should do this. Just wondered/wished someone else would be out there doing it 'with' me. (my sis said "No way. That olive oil--yuck")
Having only done this once--I don't have the orthione capsules; is that a problem? Also, does it matter if it is grapefruit or lemon juice with the olive oil? What is it's purpose? Can I goof this up?
If anyone IS doing one, write soon. I'm Eastern time zone. If not, just by SAYING I'm going to do it, ought to help me get that olive oil down!

P.S. I read I could skip the 6 pm epson salt. Will that mess it up? I can't be home until 7 pm.

MoreThis is a reply to # 167,168Several people are doing it to-day (equinox). They say you get a better result on this day.
You can take 1 ES if you need to. Grapefruit juice will mix with OO (Olive-Oil) when you shake it hard in a glass bottle it becomes watery. Lemon juice does not mix, but you can still use it. It is harder to drink.
Liverflushes improve your health but it is important that you keep doing it every 2-3 weeks till for 3 flushes no stones/sludge is coming out anymore. The ornithine you don't need.
There is not much that can go wrong with it.

This is a reply to # 167,170I'd forgotten it is the equinox! It's good to know there will be others doing it. I'll stop by the store and get grapefruit! Tomorrow I will hopefully report SOMETHING! I didn't realize I needed to repeat it in a few weeks. Thanks! I'll imagine lots of people drinking their OO (Olive-Oil) at 10 pm!

This is a reply to # 167,168I do mine with either only 1 dose of ES or magnesium citrate (green bottled lax) and then the OO (Olive-Oil) with grapefruit SHAKEN, SHAKEN and then shaken some more so I can get it down. Never taken the orthione caps before. You'll be fine. We want to here how your second flush goes so no wimpin' out;-)

This is a reply to # 167,172So far I have been good. Partly, my weight this morning was on the low side, so I decided to try to be good to-day especially knowing the wonderful ES is going to make me even lighter for awhile. I am already looking forward to my berries and whipped cream. May be when you think about it if you add the OO, I am adding a lot of fat to-day. Oh, well, I'll try to be good to-morrow too.
I am doing my 2nd ES at 5 pm, that's probably 10 pm your time. So you might be about ready for the OO.

This is a reply to # 167,172So, when I take the ES at 8pm tonight, is that supposed to 'clean me out'? Or is it just softening the ducts for the stuff to pass out? If nothing cleans out right then, is that okay? And do you take both ES doses in the morning, or if you cleaned out pretty well, do you just take one?
My wish is that not only will I pass some stones, but I'd really like to pass some parasites. I think one of the cleanses recommended Black-Walnut hull tincture in the OO (Olive-Oil) grapefruit mixture--any suggestions about that? It would make it taste even worse, yeh? But I would be so tickled to see parasites. And to know they were LEAVING!
The first Liver Flush I did was two years ago--I don't remember it perfectly. Should I make it through the night without anything happening? I usually wake up once during the night (at least) to go pee. If stuff starts moving earlier, is that okay?

I just took my second dose of ES.Didn't realise it was the equinox so it would be interesting to see how this one(14th)goes!I usually follow DR Clark's protocol and take all the ES and even the additional dose of OO/GF next morning.I usually get better results with that.Do add the blackwallnut tincture to the OO/GF mixture so any parasites will be killed.I usually blend the concoction with a hand blender and that makes it a bit easier to go down.

This is a reply to # 167,180I mixed the grapefruit and oil an hour early--was that a goof? The ES didn't DO anything--was it supposed to? I will put the Black-Walnut tincture in- the OO (Olive-Oil) and grapefruit-one dropperful?
Wish I was an ole pro like you guys sound. Gotta start somewhere. My kids decided to have a tiff, so I got distracted and was 15 minutes late drinking the ES; so should I be 15 late with the OO (Olive-Oil) and Grapefruit (hopefully premixing it didn't ruin it)that I was going to take at 10 pm. How precise does all this have to be?

This is my 2nd one also. The first time I got out all chaff, so I'm praying for some stones this time.

This is a reply to # 167,182So the ES WAS supposed to do something! Since it hasn't, if it doesn't, then what? I only took one dose of ES too. It's been two years since my first flush, and I kinda just 'jumped' in and decided to do this....oh well, here goes. Hope someone reads this and can tell me if the ES don't DO anything, do I still take the OO? Or do I need more ES?
Someday this will make me laugh. Right now....not!

This is a reply to # 167,185Sorry I didn't get this until this morning. Yes, it's suppose to clean you out! I did finally go quite a few times around 9:30. If you don't go, I don't know what you're suppose to do; I know some will do an enema to get it started.
