I recommend from 1-3T daily...starting on the low-end and working up as/if needed.
I put 1T in a canning jar and add 2-3 "gulps worth" of apple juice or apple cider, shake it up, and gulp it down.
You can always start with less, but you likely won't feel/discern much of a benefit (but it's always good to test a small dose of anything).
'Most everything assimilates faster when it's not mixed with a 'meals worth' of food :)
