I don't know about all of you, but I'm really struggling this evening. It was a Stressful day, with lots of demands on me. Chores, and take cares - both work and home. It has triggered my 'stuff your face' mode, though I'm still going strong.
I know that food won't make the problem go away, or the stresses less great. I know I don't *have* to eat just because I thought about it.
Seems funny to me that dealing with day-to-day stresses makes me want to eat. Trying to keep from eating inappropriately stresses me out further and makes me want to eat more. Vicious. Circle. UGH.
Hope everyone is hanging in there, and enjoying their fasts. And if you're in a rough spot, hang on! I'm sure help, in some form or fashion, is coming.
