First things first - before coming up with any kind of helpful/worthy suggestions, we need to know what exactly it is that you're ingesting. We know what's in the LBB and Dewormer (after all these years, are you still dealing with parasites) - but unless I've missed something, I/we (you?) don't have any idea what he throws into the "plant iodine" formula (or if it's organic).
Next, how about a recap? I remember quite a bit from 'before the forum' and from going through your past posts...and what sticks in my mind is that I was always ultra-concerned that you'd done so many "separate things", but it didn't seem to me like you'd ever put together a balanced protocol and done everything together. As in...mega herbs here,
Liver Flushes there,
Colon Cleanses over there, (with a pharmaceutical thrown in for a long time), etc...but I don't ever recall a "let's support the entire body, rather than doing this 'one symptom/system at a time'."
Are you (and having you been) using ES with all those liver flushes? If so, that's been very hard on the kidneys (and anything that stresses the kidneys, stresses the adrenals 'by default', since they are physically attached to the kidneys). Be SURE to check out this information/post:

Off the top of my head? I highly suggest you do some research and then order some organic Ashwagandha root powder. You'd need 1-3 Tablespoons daily:
1-3T daily = 7.6 - 22.8 grams daily x 30.5 days = 232 - 696 grams (there's 454 grams in a pound).
Sources are Mountain Rose, Starwest Botanicals, and Pacific Botanicals (PB grows there own, which should make it the highest quality available - but it's MUCH darker in color than the other two, and the taste is too strong for me to swallow...I mean seriously strong/foul. Miss H and I seem to have "polar opposite" taste buds, and she thinks it's easier to take that the other two - but she's in minority from what folks have reported to me). So I'd start with M/R or Starwest.
Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic herb and is very soothing/calming for the adrenals. Some say it lowers blood sugar, but most say it regulates & stabilizes blood
Sugar (helping to calm/regulate the adrenals would do that).
So do some searching on it, run that past your 'doctor within', and if it seems good to you, get some ordered and give it a try and let us know how it goes.
As far as iodine, I prefer Dr. Christopher's Kelp Combination...I much prefer herbal combinations that were used successfully for decades over products that haven't stood the test of time.
Blessings,
Uny
