Water Fasting or is it some mixed fast (that can have a big effect)? Judging from a lot of people's experience on the forum it seems like people who lose a ton of weight gain a lot of it back and people who lose less weight gain less of it back - and either way it is still dramatic weight loss compared to conventional weight loss techniques, so don't feel bad.
I mean, when is the last time you've lost 14 lbs in 23 days? Never - or, last time you fasted :p?
