You look great! Sorry I haven't posted lately. I haven't been having the best time breaking my fast. I am finally back to eating semi-normal. I am very strict about my calories and have been doing good. Gained 5 lbs of water weight back though, plus I am PMSing so I am not really happy about that.
I have decided to take the same approach you have used, as I've read quite a bit about it working for people. I am going to wait another week or so then fast for 3-7 days at a time, break for a few weeks, then try again. I was just reading about a girl who did this and lost 45 lbs and kept it off by simply eating 1600 or less calories a day after she broke her final fast. So I will let you know how it goes lol
BTW I STILL have bad breath, my mouth is dry as crap, and I've had a ton of mucus, I almost felt like I was catching a cold this week.
