I am not strong enough to keep going and rather than just giving up I have started again after 1 or 2 days of eating. I find that if I eat or 1 day it takes me 2 days of fasting to get back to that weight. If I eat for 2 days it takes 3 days. You are then weighing up the fact - is it worth it - depends on the food and willpower at the time as to what I decide to do. I am on day 2 and I need to lose another 2lbs in order to get to the weight I was when I broke my fast - hopefully that is tomorrow morning. Fingers crossed.
I was size 18-20 when I started and I am now size 16 (all loose on me but not ready for a size 14 on my bottome yet) and size 12-14 on top.
I start back to work on the 25th of August and my goal is to lose as much weight as possible before I return.
Everything is toned on my body apart from top of my arms - so I have started light weights to work there. I have no celulight on my legs at all which is fabulous - all disappeared and I had alot of fat on the top of my back and that has completely gone. My tummy (from having a baby) has no stretch marks but still hangs over my jeans but not as dramatically.
My bro and dad were shocked when they saw me - bro said i look younger. I hope to update my pic today as this one was taken when I did my fast of 14 days and it was day 3 or 4.
