How about:
Where can I find a dr in my area that will help me (other than Lam or online)?
What other sites have information on AF?
List ingredients that help with AF (difference between Pantothenic acid and Pantethine and why the latter is better)
Supplements/herbs to take/not to take when cortisol is high and low.
List of foods/cleanses that help/hurt AF
Survey on what supps/herbs/meds helped or worsened the condition.
What other books are helpful in understanding AF? (I have read several that go beyond what Dr. Wilson says. His information is good but there are other books like:
We Are All In Shock by Stephanie Mines
Chronic Fatigue Unmasked 2000 by Gerald Poesnecker
Hypothyroidism Type 2 by Mark Starr
Maybe a little paragraph as well about how the AF starts and progresses and how to stay positive and keep learning about AF so you can get better. How to surround yourself with positive people who will help and believe you and stay away from and eliminate those people in your life that drain you and think you are nuts.
This is so helpful to have this information now in the FAQ section. I wish I had learned more about AF when I was first dx'd 5 yrs ago. I had no idea what the doc was talking about and only after I stopped seeing him did I find CZ and Dr. Wilson's book. The doc was helpful at first but never really explained what the f*** was going on with my body and what exactly my adrenal glands were and what they did. I ended up doing the research myself.
Thank GOD for CureZone and people like you willing to share their knowledge so others may benefit.
