I agree about staying away from juice. Stay in ketosis and let your body burn it up naturally. There is no reason to "jump start" it.
Agree about possible exercise and it doesn't have to be running 5 miles! Just do a little more walking than you're used to, carry a little heavier backpack than usual, anything that is a bit different and a little more burn than what you are used to doing.
You are doing fantastic and I know you will meet your goals!
