I"m beginning to think eating will have to be really slowly introduced, no matter what teh diet is.
Like start eating every other day very small amounts to start and see how it goes. :( I still want to do low-fat low-carb but yeah bringing the weight back on is going to be an issue. Maybe start by eating one meal and then wait a week for the next meal? I don't know how it's going to work.
Is there anybody on here who keeps weight off after a fast? Or most of the weight anyway?
Exercise will also have to play a role regularly to keep it off.
