I´m no expert on flushes. However I think it might be a good idea to complement your diet with healthy bacteria to improve the bacterial flora in your bowels. Like in the lines of Acidophilus and the like. You can by them as supplements - good after colonics too to restore the flora.

Your itching and eye swelling may not be what you suspect; it may be that your body is getting rid of toxics in your lympathic system...

I had taken a lympathic cleanser (weed botanicals lympatic formula) that was just awesome. Every time I took it though, for a period of 4 months, I itched incredibly, all over my body. After a time, I continued to take the formula, but the itching went away. so in my case, the itching was actually a good sign.

Did you do colonics/enemas in order to make sure that you're getting all the toxins that were released in the flushes - out of you? If you are, then chances are better that this is a cleansing reaction (which would mean not to stop flushing).
